Training Content

This program provides group training for students, and its content mainly consists of two parts: Core Training and Thematic Training.

Core Training
The core training aims to develop students' self-awareness and enhance their sense of control over their own behavior, thereby improving their motivation and ability to learn. The core training of the program is an important element of the group training, covering 'Brain Science', 'Self-awareness', 'Brain Remote Control' and 'Self-Monitoring', which are integrated throughout the group and each training area.

Thematic Training
Thematic training is designed to meet the common needs of small groups of students. The training is divided into two parts, Foundational Skills and Advanced Skills, which cover different training topics to help students gradually improve their skills

Foundational Skills
Students with ADHD are less able to focus and inhibit impulses. Effective training is to help students build up a solid foundation of skills before allowing them to learn more advanced training skills. Foundational skills training consists of two main themes: Attentional Control and Inhibition.

Advanced Skills
The Advanced Skills Training covers the following two major skills, and suitable topics can be selected according to students' needs:
(i) Learning executive functions: including working memory, organization of materials, organization of concepts, work planning and time management, flexibility, task initiation and goal-directed persistence, and R.E.A.P. (Review-Evaluate-Anticipate-Plan).
(ii) Social and Emotional Skills: including emotion management, positive social behaviors, and conflict resolution.
